These terms apply to BLUFF: Draw & Deceive (“BLUFF”), the iPhone game made by AutoSolve Labs (“we”, “us”), and to this website. By downloading or playing BLUFF you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Playing BLUFF

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use BLUFF on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Rooms, drawings and chat

You are responsible for what you draw, write and say in a room. Keep it kind.
Harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, and sharing other people’s personal information are not allowed.
Share room codes only with people you trust. Anyone with a code can join an open seat.
You keep any rights you have in your drawings. You give us a limited licence to host, relay and display them to the players in your room, and, if your room opted in, to send them to our AI provider to create the reveal image, only to run the game.
Rooms and their content are temporary. See the privacy policy for retention.

AI reveals

AI reveal images are optional, generated automatically, and may be inaccurate, odd or unexpected. They are for fun. Daily limits apply, and a limit or provider delay never blocks scoring or the next round. Don’t rely on generated images for anything important.

Fair play

Don’t try to read hidden roles or votes, interfere with rooms you are not part of, overload or reverse-engineer the room service, or get around usage limits. We may end rooms or block access that breaks these rules or harms other players.

Purchases

BLUFF is free to play today. If we add paid features, they will be sold through the App Store, billed by Apple, and managed in your Apple Account settings. Apple’s terms govern payments and refunds.

Availability

Online play depends on internet connections and third-party services such as Cloudflare, OpenAI and Apple. We work to keep BLUFF running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or retire features.

Disclaimers and liability

BLUFF is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoSolve Labs disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Apple

These terms are between you and AutoSolve Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for BLUFF or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
